Dahlonega Georgia wedding photographer- Ansley and Zane Jackson Montaluce wedding
On May 19, 2023 I had the amazing opportunity to shoot the stunning wedding of Ansley and Zane Jackson. The couple tied the knot at Montaluce Winery in Dahlonega Georgia in an absolutely breathtaking outdoor ceremony.
Everyone got ready at Mountain Top Lodge where we started our photos and we did some first looks with Ansley, mom Jennifer, and mother-in-law Amy. Ansley had special locket photos made of her grandmothers who have passed to include in her bouquet. This was extra special to her mother-in-law Amy and her grandpa.
Next we took some first look photos with all the bridesmaids which you know was extra fun! Then we all shuttled over to Montaluce for more pictures. Once there we did a first look with Ansley’s dad Mitch.
After that Zane changed into his military uniform for some special looks with his mom Amy, his dad Jay, and his brother Ethan. Ansley and Zane opted not to do a first look before the ceremony, but instead did a special reading of their private vows together behind the venue. They also prepared private notes and gifts to exchange with each other.
During the ceremony, Zane had to hold back tears when he saw Ansley walk down the aisle. He had a box of live butterflies to release after the said I DO which was a surprise to Ansley. She loves butterflies so this was definitely an extra special touch. She even had a butterfly on her veil.
The first dances were so sweet with Zane and his mom Amy, Ansley and her dad Mitch, and Ansley with her grandpa. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Even I teared up!
Ansley and Zane decided not to do a formal dinner, but instead jumped right into partying. The amazing Montaluce staff served tapas style hors d’oeuvres all night.
The dance floor was never empty and Ansley changed into a sparkly white jumpsuit for the rest of the evening. They did one last private dance and then they had an incredible sparkler send off to their honeymoon and the rest of their lives together!
